Nigeria's Buhari to 'formalise return to power' on Monday

Abuja - Nigeria's President Muhammadu Buhari will send a letter to parliament next week to formally resume power, after nearly two months away on medical leave, his spokesman said on Friday.
Femi Adesina said in a tweet that the letter to the National Assembly will be sent on Monday, adding: "That makes his return to work formal, and constitutional."

"Virginia Beach's darkest hour." 12 shoot dead.

At least 12 are feared dead four others injured after a shooting, Friday afternoon at the Virginia Beach Municipal Center.        The shooting began late Friday afternoon when a man opened fire on all three floors of the municipal center's Building 2, which houses the operations building for the city that includes multiple departments.     The gunman was DeWayne Craddock, a 15-year employee of the city of Virginia Beach, Said Cervera.     Craddock, 40, was a certified professional engineer in the city's public utilities department.
